Can I have a ceremony to be received in to the Episcopal Church? I have already been baptized and confirmed in the Catholic Church.

Of course.
Reception (along with Confirmation) into the Episcopal Church is done by a bishop when he visits a parish. You'd have to inquire with a local parish priest about that.
Typically - for both confirmation, and reception from other denominations, a priest will want you to take some sort of class where the Episcopal approach to the Christian faith will be discussed - how the Bible is viewed, the Creed(s), and he or she would probably go through the outline of the faith/catechism. Different priests will handle it differently.
The bishop visits the parish probably once a year.
Any other questions, ask away.

Welcome to our church, and the boards!
What in particular made you want to quit the Catholic Church?

Since you've already been confirmed as a Roman Catholic, you would be received by the bishop. Typically before confirmation/reception, people enroll in an Inquirer's Class, usually taught by the parish priest; in the past Inquirer's classes at my church discussed the catechism, but for the last few years discussion has centered on the Baptismal Covenant.

Welcome to our church, and the boards! What in particular made you want to quit the Catholic Church? Mainly I just saw some major conflicts in their moral theology. For example, I didn't want to be a part of a church that says condom useage even for the prevention of the spread of AIDs is wrong. I also didn't agree with their position on gay rights and some others things. Then there was the disagreement with them on the idea that only men should be priests and bishops.
