What do Episcopalians think about the use of the term "Xmas". I see that some people online are offended by it on the grounds that it crosses out the "Christ". But others are OK with it , saying the X represents the cross.

The "X" in "Xmas" is usually meant to represent the Greek letter chi, the first letter of "Christos", and, therefore, shorthand for "Christ".
I don't think the use of "Xmas" is something most Episcopalians lose much sleep over. I doubt there are many who are in the "crosses the Christ out of Christmas" camp, but I don't think its use is all that common.

If one's personal beliefs in Christ are sound, then there should not be a problem in however Christmas is spelled.
However, if one finds him or herself offended, then they should start to examine their own beliefs.
Buon Natale!
